The service was great with parking under the building. the staff were pleasant and really good during the 2 nights we stayed there. - the location, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the city center, was particularly good! Big rooms, very clean, very stylish. Nice view over the town. Excellent location. English speaking staff.

Hotel was overwhelmed on breakfast. This should be between 8-10AM, but already at 9AM there was a shortage of everything. The staff did efforts to refill the plates, but the food was quickly disappearing.

Plus: Excellent location, fantastic view. The village of Arbanassi is beautiful, a true oasis for those who search an escape in nature. The city of Veliko Turnovo is also worth seeing. Sevastokrator Hotel is a nice building with large rooms, very clean and fit for many activities. The girls waiting at the lobby bar are very nice and know their English well.

There is always the problem of staff with no proper English knowledge or training, and this is a big setback for tourists. The restaurant of the hotel seems to be ready for nightlife amateurs, not for those who are staying there. Waiters don't understand their orders, and we had to wait at least half an hour for our dinner. Food is not so great (both breakfast and dinner menus could be improved). If there are parties in the restaurant lobby, don't expect to have a quiet sleep until 1 or 2 in the night. Staff at the main desk could do better in helping tourists find their way around or recommend places worth sightseeing.

Great meals served here for both dinner and breakfast. the location is perfect for exploring around 🌆.

Arbanasi by itself is a very beautiful and calm village to stay. (Many beautiful hotels) Sevastokrator has a superb position on a hill overviewing the city of Veliko Tarnovo in the distance (+/- 6 Km) Beautiful hotel, nice rooms with very good bathroom (floor heating, heated rack for the towels, shower with sliding doors, good cleaning service. Private parking (no extra charges) beneath the hotel. Good kitchen. Outside swimming pool in the summer. Visiting Veliko Tarnovo ? (Don't book there! (Old, noisy, cars) Book in Arbanasi!)

I booked it many times and would definitely recommend. I had a very nice experience here, everything was very good, the location was magnificent adjacent to the hillside overlooking Veliko Tarnovo as well as Restaurants in the Village and Veliko Tarnovo. Every staff member I met was willing to help. The service was very good and the staff were very friendly efficient. Besides, free parking was convenient.

The sight seeing on Veliko Tarnovo from the restaurant terrace is great, the swimming pool and children playground make it a nice place for a family stay. Good restaurant and comfortable rooms. Good hotel to visit Arbanassi and Veliko Tarnovo
